This role is a welcoming and knowledgeable first impression at the Keystone Lodge and Spa.

Essential Job Functions:

• Arrange for all spa appointments and packages
• Act as the initial and complete source of information regarding all available spa treatments and retail goods
• Maintain a sense of order and efficiency for spa operations via proper scheduling of guest and staff appointments
• Maintain the orderliness, cleanliness and presentation of all retail items
• Be able to explain the key features of the spa and retail area
• Assist with scheduled retail inventory
• Handle all the billing and point-of-sale functions for spa services and retail sales
• Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest
• Assist with special projects/events as requested
• Able to work as a team with both front desk concierges and back of spa therapists
• Be upbeat and have fun!

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Making Spa your primary job commitment
• Typing, computer and basic math skills required
• Must attend product knowledge training
• First Aid and CPR training desired, but not necessary
• Must be proficient in sales and guest service
• Must possess good organizational skills
• Must be able to work well within a team environment
• “Can-Do” attitude a must
