Description

Management of on-mountain dining outlet formerly known as Peak 9 Restaurant.  Ensure staff and restaurant environment will provide ski resort guests with a pleasant  experience on a daily basis.  Monitor and maintain financial performance of dining outlet including payroll, sales, inventory, worker's comp claims, etc.Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
 
  • Operate business to established Mountain Dining standards
  • Responsible for financial performance of daily operations including cost of sales & labor
  • Accurately conduct daily reports and safe audits
  • Responsible for hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, mid and end of season appraisals, and daily management of restaurant staff both front and back fo house
  • Accurately schedule staff to budgeted labor allocations
  • Responsible for payroll exceptions, approvals and labor distribution reports
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints
  • Know and enforce local, state and federal regulations for the sale and distribution of alcohol
  • Responsible for banquet execution and management within the food court and BBQ/patio
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years restaurant experience required
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required
  • Colorado driver's license
  • Experience with Coupa purchasing software preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite required
  • English required, Spanish preferred
  • TIPS certification required within 30 days of employment
  • Serve Safe certification required within 30 days of employment
