PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE

To perform a variety of skilled tasks in food preparation, cooking and presentation.

 

 

Minimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job:

 

  •      Must have 6 months previous experience in prep cooking
  •      Ability to maintain good interaction with co-workers in high pace setting

 

Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.:

   

  • Prep cooking for large volume restaurant
  • Prep station and clean-up after shift is over
  • Desire to work in high volume kitchen setting
  • Able to take direction and produce in accordance with recipe
  • Able to be a self-starter and see where assistance may be needed.
  • Must follow Serv-safe and Health code regulations
  • Must maintain neatly-groomed appearance and comply with uniform standards
  • Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times and follow the Resort Etiquette Guidelines while interacting with the guest and respond to all guests in a courteous efficient manner

     

  • Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift minimum of 25lbs
