If you like working with your hands and live in a beautiful location, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This job is generally scheduled for 40 hours per week with two consecutive days off to enjoy the diverse environment of Grand Teton National Park.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  with little supervision diagnose and repair most electrical and plumbing malfunction that would normally occur within a home or small business; perform maintenance tasks that require minimum skills to correct deficiencies occurring to the interior and exterior of the building structure, furniture, fixtures and equipment; and other duties as assigned. Reports hours to supervisor by project or work order on a daily basis. There are two typical shifts per day;   8:00 am and 4:30 pm and/or a 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm shift.  Our operating season is typically from early May to mid October so plan on having lots fun and experiencing some rocky mountain snow.

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver’s license   
  • Capability of handling moderately strenuous activity
  • Provide own hand tools
  • Good commutations skills
  • Prior experience in general maintenance 

 

 

 PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Plumbing experience
  • Basic carpentry skills
  • Electrical experience
  • Experience with painting/staining
  • Experience with siding

 

Compensation: Starting at $8.78/hr
