This is a summer seasonal position scheduled to start on or after June 4th

 

A cocktail server is responsible for ensuring that all resorts guests have the highest quality food and beverage dining experience possible while assisting in the creation of a profitable department that is enviornmentally responsible.  This position follows the brand standards from the beginning of the service cycle through the entire dining process and is professional and gracious while enhancing the dining experience through outstanding service skills.  Job duties include the following:

 

  • Responsible for knowing all table numbers and point seats for proper ringing in of orders on POS system.
  • Provide exceptional guest service with a professional attitude at all times.
  • Handles all opening and closing duties required to operate the restaurant and ensures that all stocking is done, tables are properly set, and the dining room is clean.
  • Consistently follows the steps of the service cycle as outlined in the brand standards and ensures the timing and flow of service is correctly paced Demonstrate great food and beverage knowledge with an ability to up sell to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all state health regulations and all state liquor laws.
  • Adheres to the uniform standards and is productive and professional during entire shift

 

Requirements:

  • Able to stand for up to 6 hours at a time
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Current TIPS certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working at a fast and professional pace
  • Previous restaurant POS experience - preferred
  • At least 1 year experience serving - preferred
  • At least 1 year experience working in a restaurant - required
