Banquet Captain - Breckenridge Hospitality - Full Time/Summer Seasonal - Breckenridge, CO
Description
Banquet Captain for oversight of Breckenridge Hospitaliy Banquet/conference services operations. Will be expected to assist as needed in our three mountain locations, Village at Breckenridge, Double Tree Hotel and Mountain Thunder Lodge. Must be able to supervise and direct a large staff, organize banquet events, including plated functions, buffets, meetings, special events, and VIP events. Will be asked to adhere to Company Brand Standards for all food outlets and Banquet spaces.
Qualifications:
- Computer Literate
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Able to interact with guests and meeting contacts in a professional manner
- Previous Banquets Experience
- Able to achieve quality work from your banquet staff members
- Fluent in written and spoken English / Good comunication skills
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors
- No scheduling restrictions
