Adventure Ridge Advanced Attraction Attendant (Ropes Course) - Full Time, Summer Seasonal, Vail Mountain

 

The Advanced Attraction Attendant is responsible for achieving the goals and objectives set forth by Vail Resorts, Vail Mountain, and the Adventure Ridge Management Team.  Providing a safe, fun, learning environment for our guests and employees.  Building lasting relationships with guests and employees.  Being involved in a positive work environment and leading activites that may include, but are not limited, to North Ropes Course, South Ropes Course, Low Ropes course, Trampoline, Tubing, Zip Line, Climbing Wall and Kids Zip.

 

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Guide groups in a safe, professional manner.
  • Performs all tasks for which the work group is responsible.
  • Provide a safe environment for guests and staff to participate while providing safety, fun, and learning at the highest level.
  • Follow proper SOP and standard protocol to ensure the highest level of safety.
  • Constantly monitor the adherence of safety policies to ensure that our guest and staff safety is our highest priority.
  • Ensure the highest level of cleanliness at all times.
  • Actively mitigate any hazards that may arise.
  • Actively participate in daily meetings so the team can carry out assigned goals and objectives.
  • Support the Team Lead and Management Team in order to obtain our objective.
  • Work with Adventure Ridge Management, Maintanence Tech, Team Lead  and other key departments to

              keep our facilities and equipment maintained and in safe working order.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs - required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time - required.
  • Must be able to work holidays, weekends and nights - required.
  • Must be able to adequately understand English - required.
  • High School graduate or equivalent required - required.
  • Spanish language skills - preferred.
  • Previous high ropes training - preferred.
  • Must be able to work outside in variable conditions - required.
