Job Description. The F& B Cleaning Attendant is responsible for keeping restrooms, dining areas, hallways, stairwells, foyers, windows and the deck area of the facility neat and sanitary during and after business hours. These responsibilities include vacuuming, bussing of tables, floor mopping, and general cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming, Sweeping and Mopping of high-traffic areas.
• Bussing tables and assisting in dining room cleaning throughout the day.
• General cleaning of common guest and employee areas.
• Assist customers and guests throughout the day with questions, carrying equipment/food, directions, general inquiries.
• Occasionally assist with prep-cook work and food preparation.
   

Requirements:

• Positive work ethic.
• Ability to work on a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to speak, read and communicate in English.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time.
• Already has or has the ability to obtain a California Food Handlers Card within 30-days of employment.
• Must enjoy working directly with guests.
• Knowledge of food sanitation principles. –Preferred
• Previous housekeeping/janitorial expierence -Preferred

Work Schedule:

Must have a flexible work schedule, to include holidays and weekends.
