Overnight Auditor - Year Round - Full Time - The Lodge at Vail

Job Description:

• The Overnight Auditor is responsible for the auditing of all charges and postings, making any necessary corrections and reporting.
• Oversees the front desk operation and functions during the overnight hours in accordance with established procedures.
• Handles the function of guest services by assisting with late check-ins, early check outs, overnight guest requests or concerns, wake up calls and other issues.
• Manages the preparation of daily business activity summary reports and distribution.
• Post room charges and room taxes to guest accounts and owner accounts.
• Ensure the safety of hotel guests and employees during the overnight hours.
• Handle confidential and guest information with the highest degree of integrity.
• Overnight Auditor will be required to work some day/evening shifts as directed by the Front Office Manager.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as making beds, delivering guest and room amenities and maintaining a clean environment including common hotel areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Colorado Drivers License. -required
• Must have a satisfactory driving record. -required
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds. -required
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays and occasional day shifts. -required
• Previous hospitality experience. -preferred
