Because it’s at the DoubleTree at Hilton where the little things mean everything.  The training manager is responsible for facilitating and documenting all Hilton training per the Hilton brand standards.  This position will assist managers with all Vail Resorts on boarding of employees.  Facilitate and document all Hilton required culture activities to include the CARE committee.  Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct DoubleTree new hire orientation weekly
• Conduct Monthly DoubleTree CARE committee meeting
• Document all Hilton required training for employees and ensure it is completed in the time required
• Conduct Hilton Ipad and Make It Right training
• Organize and execute CARE rallies
• Submit quarterly CARE packet to Hilton
• Assist managers with on boarding of new employees to ensure good culture fit
• Ensure all required safety and ADA training is completed in the time required
• Assist manager in monthly department meetings to ensure culture based training occurs

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent - required
• At least 1 year of Training or Human Resources experience - required
• Experience working with Word, Excel, Outlook or PowerPoint - required
• Ability to communicate in English - required
• Ability to communicate in Spanish - preferred
