This is a great opportunity for a culinary professional looking to further their career in one of the most beautiful locations in the world! Breckenridge Hospitality, is seeking an Intermediate Cook to join their Food and Beverage team. 

 

Job responsibilities include:

  • Help put away food orders when they arrive
  • Prepping for dinner service
  • Setting up line for dinner
  • Cooking food to order in a timely manner
  • Willing to learn and adapt to the chefs standards and maintaining a passion for cooking
  • Willing and able to work all kitchen stations as needed
  • Assist in keeping up with culinary brand standards as directed by chef

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Culinary degree/certificate - preferred
  • Colorado drivers license
  • Colorado food handlers permit
  • Must be able to communicate in English, Spanish - preferred
  • At least 1 year fine dining experience
  • At least 2 years experience as line cook - preferred
  • Previous hotel food and beverage experience
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

 

Compensation: $11.94/hour
