Defined by sophisticated style and spectacular surroundings, state-of-the-art facilities and complemented by impeccable personalized service from the ladies and gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton, The Residences offerthe ultimate in luxury home ownership. A Houseperson at Vail Resorts' Ritz Carlton Collection is responsible for assisting room attendants with general cleaning of guest rooms. This includes vacuuming, shampooing of carpets; cleaning/waxing of floors; trash removal; stocking and maintaining supply rooms and other cleaning duties.
Requirements include: the ability to lift, move moderate weight; remain on one's feet for extended periods of time; and an individual who has attention to detail, is team oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that the high Vail Hospitality and Ritz Carlton Residences standards are met. Must be able to adjust and work as a team player to ensure utmost guest satisfaction. This position involves a high level of guest interaction.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience. -required
- Previous experience housekeeping in hotels or condos. -preferred
- High School diploma. -preferred
- Must be able to communicate in efficiently in English. -required
- Ability to communicate in Spanish. -preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. -required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in excess of 2 hours without sitting. -required
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays. -required
