Description
This job is great for someone who enjoys living and working in the National Parks and enjoys interacting with guests and sharing their passion for the National Parks. Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests to the Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch over the phone. Responsible for creating room and activity reservations, answering area questions, assisting in planning of vacation, routing calls to appropriate extensions, and creating an experience of a lifetime for guests. Typically works 40 hours per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess the ability to present self professionally in guest interaction
- Must be 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Previous Reservations experience
