Retail Warehouse Manager, Year Round, Grand Teton Lodge Company, WY
Description
Manages all aspects of the Retail Warehouse operation, including receiving, data entry, order processing, merchandise transfers, ticketing, auditing, shipping, delivery, replenishment and merchandise return. Responsible for staff hiring, supervision and development. Efficiently maintains product flow through the warehouse and processing accuracy. Resolves warehouse-to-store issues. Organizes, maintains and ensures safety and security of the facility, equipment and delivery fleet. Responsible for entire retail department payroll processing. Also, manages the Marina Retail operation.
- Oversee daily operation of Retail Warehouse and Marina retail operation including the hiring of staff (initial hiring in off-season and backfilling in-season), supervision, training, and development. (Operating Season Primarily)
- Responsible for complete receiving process including receiving of goods, order verification, ticketing, distributions, and purchase order receiving into inventory alongside buyers
- Works directly with buyers on any order issues, merchandise transfers, or price changes
- Works in conjunction with buying staff to complete purchase orders
- Manages the process of maintaining items into inventory/POS system including vendor creation, item setup, pricing, and reporting
- Assists in the successful completion of all physical inventories including uploading of data into inventory system and analysis reporting for buying staff
- Act as primary trainer and support person for POS system
- Responsible for coordinating payroll processing with all store managers
- Process monthly Wyoming Game and Fish invoices
- Act as department safety officer
