Call Center Operations Agent - Year Round/Full Time - Keystone, CO
Description
This customer service position will work on a call center team to book reservations for Keystone homeowners, Keystone conference attendees, and/or Keystone guests booked through external channels. This is a great entry level position for someone interested in starting a career and growing with our company.
Primary agent duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones in a call center environment
- Providing excellent customer service and accurate information on all aspects of properties, activities, and amenities to owners and guests.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be customer-focused
- Able to work a flexible schedule, and has excellent verbal communication skills - required
- A positive and professional attitude is essential.
- Enthusiastic attitude of the travel industry is a plus.
- Perform work with a high degree of accuracy- required
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed -required
- Familiarity with Keystone Resort - Preferred
- LMS software experience - Preferred
- Able to work on the phone for long periods of time
Compensation: $10.45/hour.
