Description

This position is perfect for someone who has excellent customer service experience, is flexible and has a desire to learn and grow their career. Supervises and assists Front Desk Agents in helping guests with their stay at Jackson Lake Lodge. Acts as the direct assistant to the Front Office Manager.  Directly supervises selected front desk, and has overall responsibility for the smooth operations of the front desk in the Front Office Manager's absence.  Handles guest comments and complaints, and acts as the manager on duty when needed.  The Front Desk Supervisor is directly responsible for posting of Market Metrix competitions and keeping track of this for the Front Desk Agents, PBX and Bell staff.  The supervisor is also responsible for putting together weekly comments to be discussed at the morning and afternoon front desk stand up meetings.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong working knowledge of computers
  • Fluent in understanding and speaking English
  • Basic math skills
  • All GTLC employees are required to live on-site (either in employee housing or in your own RV)

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • MS Office experience
  • Experience with Visual One
  • Knowledge of Grand Teton National Park
  • Knowledge of Front desk operations and Vail Resorts Brand Standards
