Summer Mountain Information & Activities Agent - Seasonal / Full Time - Breckenridge, CO
Description
A Breck Mountain Information and Activities Agent is responsible for registering, selling, and upselling all Breckenridge Summer Fun Park activities and attractions. Those hired for this position will posses exemplary guest service skills and the ability to navigate confidently through the entire summer product menu. This will require extensive working knowledge of Fun Park activities and attractions. This position will work both in our call center and our Breckenridge Resort Day Camp location. The team member will also performs administrative duties while providing exceptional Guest Services to Guests (internal and external) over the phone and in person. Employee communicates effectively with others, shares information with others in an appropriate and timely manner, and works well within department and other departments to achieve mutual objectives.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma - required, College Degree - preferred
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- At least 2 years experience in Guest services
- Knowledge Breckenridge Resort and town - preferred
- Prior experience working with Vail Resorts RPOS
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Compensation - DOE, Starting at $9.45/hour
