The Intermediate Zip line Attraction Attendant is responsible for following the goals and objectives set forth by Vail Resorts, Breckenridge and the Epic Discovery Management Team.  This position must provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our guests and employees.  Building lasting relationships with guests and employees is key to this position.  It is crucial to be involved in a positive work environment and focusing on the Zip Line operation

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Assist guests in a safe, professional manner.
• Performs all tasks for which the work group is responsible.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff to participate while providing safety, fun, and engagement at the highest level.

• Follow proper SOP and standard protocol to ensure the highest level of safety.
• Constantly monitor the adherence of safety policies to ensure that our guest and staff safety is our highest priority.

• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness at all times.
• Actively mitigate any hazards that may arise.
• Actively participate in daily meetings so the team can carry out assigned goals and objectives.
• Support the Leadership Team in order to obtain our objective.
• Provide support to other Activity Operations at the resort.
• Work with Activities Management, Maintenance Tech, and other key departments to
• keep our facilities and equipment maintained and in safe working order.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends and nights.
• Must be able to adequately understand English.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Previous zip line or high ropes training preferred.
