Associate Analyst: IT- Year Round/Full Time - Heavenly

Job Summary:
The Associate Analyst position is an important administrative role within the IT Department and will also provide day-to-day end user/technology support to the resort staff. This role will manage the procurement process from start to finish for all technology purchases in the Tahoe Region, as well as manage data and telephone circuitry contracts and service orders. The Associate Analyst will work with support vendors and internal departments to analyze contracts, agreements, and work to alleviate invoicing discrepancies. This position will also offer a wide variety of technology support in all areas of our mountain resort.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage technology procurement process from start to finish for the Tahoe region.
- Manage existing data/telephone circuitry contracts, service orders, and repair orders.
- Analyze spending on data/telephone circuits and implement cost savings metrics to report data.
- Manage the cellular phone request process to include procurement and provisioning of phones.
- Manage the asset tracking process for all PC’s and hardware resort wide.
- Open, track and close help desk tickets and promote end user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain accurate IT related documentation as assigned.
- Actively participate in training, observe company policies and procedures, and promote all company values relative to protecting the natural environment.
- Assist in resort wide end user support and IT projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Understanding and experience with procurement (generating quotes, PO’s, receiving, etc..)
- Understanding and experience with data/telephone circuitry.
- Understanding of Android and iPhone cell phone provisioning and troubleshooting.
- Understanding and experience with asset management and tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness.
- Flexible schedule during peak times of the year.
- Ability to work outdoors in a dynamic mountain environment. This position requires year round work on and off the mountain.
- High School Diploma or equivalence exam.
- Valid US Driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
- Follow and enforce company guidelines, policies and practices.
Preferred skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
- CompTia A+ and/or MCP certification. Completion of A+ certification required after 6 months.
- Strong Project Management background.
- Ability to Ski or Snowboard preferred, not required.
