Sustainability Coordinator

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an ambitious, results-focused, and resourceful individual to join USANA’s corporate sustainability department as a part-time sustainability coordinator.
In this role, you will serve as a technical resource to our sustainability manage as you assist with various projects, data collection, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This will include supporting areas of environmental stewardship, sustainable packaging, responsible sourcing, community investment, and health, safety, and wellbeing. This role is ideal for an individual who is currently pursuing education or training related to the field or is exploring a possible career within the space.
What You Will Do as a USANA Sustainability Coordinator
- Develop sustainability project goals, objectives, initiatives, or strategies in collaboration with others
- Collect, analyze, and report on sustainability metrics, such as greenhouse gas emissions, waste diversion rates, and environmental impacts
- Track and report sustainability metrics, including energy use, waste diversion, and carbon emissions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations, including reporting frameworks such as GHG Protocol, TCFD, SASB, and GRI
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and diverse tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills

What Will Make You Standout
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with energy management software or environmental reporting platforms
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and compliance standards
Position is hybrid/in-office located in Salt Lake City
