Sales Manager
Description
We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and knowledgeable sales professional to join our global team as a sales manager for the USANA Malaysia market. In this role, you will conceptualize, develop, and execute programs that greatly impact the USANA independent Associates experience. A significant aspect to this position will include conducting training and developing and implementing various recognition and motivational programs to effectively promote USANA’s products and business opportunity. A standout candidate for this role is someone with a high level of integrity, is extremely engaging with a wide variety of audiences, and is extremely collaborative and sociable in a sales role.
What You Will Do as a USANA Sales Manager
- Identify emerging leaders and assist them to grow through various trainings and provide pertinent information to the sales field
- Execute a yearly training program for Associates at different levels of skills and seniority,
- Plan and execute recognition and incentive programs for USANA Associates
- Collaborate with marketing department to organize prospecting events, such as product launches, health fairs, etc.
- Provide necessary industry feedback to management
- Propose annual budgets and monitor spending against budget figures
- Monitor the results of promotional campaigns and share ideas and best practices with country managers other countries.
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, events, communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience and three years’ working experience in supervisory role
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin language, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
