We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented, and detail-driven professional to join USANA Korea as a market development supervisor. This role plays a critical part in supporting business growth by enabling Brand Partners’ success through accurate sales data analysis, effective field support, and well-executed sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who can balance data-driven thinking with strong communication and relationship-building skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You Will Do as a USANA Market Development Supervisor
- Plan and execute online and offline sales events, meetings, and business sessions to promote products and strengthen field engagement
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and follow-up activities to ensure smooth execution and positive participant experience
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Monitor qualification, incentive, and promotion-related data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
- Provide actionable insights to internal teams to support compensation programs and sales initiatives
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with Brand Partners to support their business operations and growth
- Respond to field inquiries related to sales data, qualifications, and incentives with accuracy and professionalism
- Work closely with operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales-related initiatives
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation as required
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and business continuity
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in business and marketing
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience in the field of networking marketing industry and/or customer service
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and excels in a collaborative team environment
- Strong ability to communicate effectively to provide support for customers/ Brand Partners’ businesses
- Business level English is mandatory in both verbal and written communication
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see both detailed data and the broader business impact
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Active, positive, and customer-focused service mindset
- High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and deadlines
- Effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without direct supervisor and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self
