We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and knowledgeable sales professional to join our team in the USANA Taiwan market as an assistant sales manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team to promote and generate growth through the coordination and implementation of recognition programs, coaching, training and communications with associates.
 
What You Will Do as a USANA Assistant Sales Manager
Essential
  • Support the Sales Manager and Senior Management to achieve business objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Support the Sales Manager to identify potential Associateships, and manages assigned Associates to support and develop their businesses, thus increasing enrolments, generating sales and creating rank advancements.
  • Track & support key Associates to achieve USANA Incentives.
  • Attend, present and contribute to Associate meetings on a regular basis as required to drive and communicate corporate promotions and business strategies including weekly guest meetings and out of hour’s meetings.
  • Attend offsite events, Roadshows and Conventions as required, including on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) (interstate and international) as required.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the USANA Compensation Plan and other relevant aspects of the USANA business in order to deliver efficient and high quality service.
  • Promote USANA and build Associate rapport via Social Media.
  • Host associate related trainings as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate weekly rank advancements and any other recognition programs as required, including data base management and generation of weekly reports; organization and management of incentives, gifts, pins and certificates in accordance with agreed times frames.
 Additional
  • Manage Field communications via mail, email and social media.
  • Manage Associate CRM including reaching out to field for special life events.
  • Manage Lead Referral database.
  • Research, validate and create training materials.
  • Manage marketing orders on behalf of the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department in promotions and project planning, including product training and rebranding when required.
  • Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.
Background and Skills You Will Need
  • Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience, of which 2 years at supervisory level. MLM industry preferred.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related disciplines.
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English.
  • Natural products industry experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, rapport building and networking skills. A second language skill highly desirable.
  • Pleasant, out-going, with training and presentation experience.
  • Passion to help and work with others to succeed.
  • Willingness to work with others to further development personal/self-training, presentation, coaching and network development skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
  • Must be detail-oriented and results-oriented, experience working in complex environments and ability to work autonomously.
