Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized and communication-focused professional to join USANA Korea as a Marketing Supervisor.

This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating cross-functional projects, with a strong focus on communication and alignment with U.S. headquarters and APAC regions.

The position plays a critical role in ensuring that global initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities are executed smoothly in the Korean market through effective coordination, clear communication, and timely follow-up.

This role will act as a key liaison between Korea and global teams, ensuring accurate information flow and operational excellence.

 

What You Will Do as a USANA Marketing Supervisor

Essential

         Coordinate and support cross-functional projects, including product launches and promotional initiatives

         Act as a key point of contact for communication with U.S. headquarters and APAC regions, ensuring clear and timely information exchange

         Translate global strategies and requirements into actionable tasks for local teams

         Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure on-time execution

         Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and global stakeholders

         Facilitate alignment between Korea and global teams by managing follow-ups and resolving communication gaps

         Support internal coordination across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams

         Monitor project status and proactively identify risks or delays, escalating when necessary

         Maintain organized documentation of project plans, updates, and outcomes

         Perform other duties as assigned

Background and Skills You Will Need  

         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

         Minimum 3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or related roles

         Fluent in Korean and English (business-level proficiency required)

         Proven experience in communicating with global stakeholders or headquarters

         Strong ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders

         Excellent documentation and reporting skills

         Strong collaboration and coordination skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

         Experience in direct selling is a plus

         Experience in health, nutrition, or skincare-related industries
