We're seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented professional to join our marketing team as a regional creative project manager. In this role, you'll lead internal client requests and manage high-level, tier two projects—ensuring marketing materials and regional product launches are delivered on target, on time, on budget, and on brand. The ideal candidate brings strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, along with working knowledge of regional business challenges, to provide operational solutions across multiple markets.
What You'll Do
● Lead cross-functional teams from project intake through closeout, ensuring deadlines are met, approvals obtained, and deliverables completed across markets
● Plan and negotiate project timelines, resourcing, and capacity across multiple regions
● Coordinate with project management and regional operations on new product launches, including market readiness and sequencing
● Manage Workfront proof review and approval stages, ensuring comments are reconciled and clear for production teams
● Manage scope change in a timely manner using formal change-control and impact analysis
● Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners on high-level projects, providing status, risk, and mitigation updates tailored to each region
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders and local market leads
● Educate clients on time- and cost-efficient solutions that align with regional marketing and operational goals
What You'll Bring
● Four to six years of professional-level project management experience in an internal or external agency or multi-market environment
● Advanced working knowledge of Workfront or similar project management tools
● Strong understanding of project processes, procedures, and reporting across digital, print, and email channels
● Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
● Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
● Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
● Bachelor's degree in project management, business, operations, communications, or a related field
What Will Set You Apart
● Experience managing photography and video projects
● Demonstrated cultural awareness working within a global organization delivering to local markets
● Capacity to provide leadership or coaching to peers or freelance talent
