Who We Are Looking For

 

We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled marketer to join our team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Brand Partner Experience. This role plays a key part in designing, executing, and optimizing the automated, multi-channel journeys—across email, mobile push, SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, and Kakao Talk—that guide USANA Brand Partners along their path to building successful businesses, turning behavior and performance data into insights that make every journey more personalized and effective over time.

 

What You Will Do as a USANA Lifecycle Marketing Manager

  • Design and own end-to-end omnichannel journeys that guide USANA Brand Partners through onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention across email, mobile push, SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, and Kakao Talk
  • Build, schedule, test, and QA campaigns, automated workflows, triggers, journeys, landing pages, and forms within SAP Engagement Cloud, including segmentation logic and personalization
  • Manage audience segmentation, contact-data health, and lead/engagement scoring so the right message reaches the right Brand Partner at the right moment, while ensuring campaigns comply with data privacy and deliverability requirements (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Define KPIs and build the reporting and dashboards that measure campaign and journey performance, analyzing Brand Partner behavior and results to guide data-driven improvements
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests to continuously optimize journeys, segmentation, and channel mix for stronger engagement and conversion
  • Own and execute Opportunity Communication strategies that keep Brand Partners informed, motivated, and engaged with the USANA business opportunity across channels
  • Partner with product marketing, creative, analytics, and regional teams—as well as external vendors and agencies—to produce on-brand, localized assets and connect digital journeys with offline moments like events and conventions
  • Create and maintain surveys in Qualtrics and connect responses to automated journeys and triggers so Brand Partner feedback drives timely, personalized follow-up

 

Background and Skills You Will Need 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in omnichannel, lifecycle, CRM, or marketing-automation roles, including hands-on campaign and journey building
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing automated, multi-channel journeys across email, mobile push, SMS, and messaging apps such as WhatsApp, WeChat, or Kakao Talk
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise marketing-automation or customer-engagement platform (e.g., SAP Engagement Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo Engage, HubSpot, or Braze)
  • Strong technical aptitude, with comfort building segmentation logic, working with data fields and integrations/APIs, and troubleshooting campaign and data issues
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs, interpret performance data, run experiments, and turn insights into improved campaigns
  • Working knowledge of data privacy, consent, and deliverability best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and opt-in management)
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple journeys and campaigns simultaneously


 

What Will Make You Standout

  • Understanding of the direct-selling or network-marketing industry
  • Familiarity with Chinese audiences and Chinese-language proficiency
