Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join USANA as Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for junior-level administrative and clerical support to the marketing team. This role helps with day-to-day office tasks, maintaining records, and assisting in the coordination of marketing activities, ensuring smooth team operations. It is an entry-level position suitable for someone starting their career in marketing and administration.
What You Will Do as a USANA Marketing Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the marketing department.
• Raise payment, inventory requests.
• Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry for marketing documents and reports.
• Assist in maintaining marketing databases, contact lists, and mailing lists.
• Support the preparation of simple reports, meeting notes, and basic correspondence.
• Help coordinate logistics for marketing activities, events, and campaigns (e.g., preparing materials, arranging deliveries).
• Monitor and track inventory of promotional items, samples, and marketing materials.
• Liaise with vendors, courier services, and internal departments for administrative tasks.
Additional
• Maintain high degree of confidentiality.
• Be able to support weekends and nights as required at company/brand partner events.
• Support and perform other ad hoc duties and ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
• Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred. Prior clerical or administrative experience is an advantage, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and support team members.
• Able to multitask and complete tasks on time.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Well organized, articulate, detail-oriented, have an eye for details, hands-on and results oriented.
• Effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without direct supervisor and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
