Who We Are Looking For

Manage Nutrition and Skincare products at USANA Korea, from development and regulatory clearance to launch, promotion, and training. Ensure compliance, create marketing content, and provide effective education for internal teams and Brand Partners.

 

What You Will Do as a USANA Assistant Marketing Manager

Essential

  • Build expertise in USANA products and health regulations.
  • Develop and deliver marketing and training materials (online/offline).
  • Execute product launches and go-to-market strategy, promotions, launch timelines, and internal readiness activities.
  • Provide product training to Brand Partners, staff, and customers.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for support and issue resolution.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, customs clearance, and accurate labeling.
  • Monitor product performance and optimize marketing activities through post-launch analysis, documentation updates, and regulatory submissions.

 

Additional

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform marketing strategies.

 

Background and Skills You Will Need  

  • 5+ years’ experience in Nutrition, Food Science, Personal Care, or other regulated fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Science, or related discipline preferred.
  • Proven track record in product launches and regulatory approval processes.
  • Strong understanding of Korean and international regulations for supplements and personal care.
  • Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities; capable of cross-functional collaboration and independent execution.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experienced in developing educational content and delivering regulatory-compliant product training.
