Description

We are looking for a Senior Ethics Specialist to join our team in USANA Malaysia market. In this role, you will be responsible for educating, investigating, and enforcing corporate compliance policies and procedures in accordance with corporate guidelines in Malaysia and Singapore.

What You Will Do as a USANA Senior Ethics Specialist 

Essential
  • Proactively look into possible violations and follow Standard Operating Procedures to complete investigations when policy violations are proven.
  • Recommend corrective actions to the manager for policy violations.
  • Educate employees and distributors on USANA Distributor Policies and Procedures.
  • Liaise with manager to determine training needs, schedule and conduct training sessions including seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
  • Prepare educational materials such as social media posts, videos etc.
  • Provide correspondence on issues related to compliance matters in a timely manner.
  • Maintain consistent, effective and respectful communications and establish an efficient channel of communications with corporate, managers, colleagues, and distributors. 
  • Audit retail sales verification for compliance and ensure all distributors conduct their business in a legal and ethical manner whilst adhering to Policies and Procedures.
  • Process all requests for person to person transfer of distributorships in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Process requests for moving, re-entries and placement changes in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Additional
  • Attend internal and external trainings as required on various topics relevant to personal development and the Company’s goals.
  • Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA/Distributor events.
  • Engage with distributors and colleagues to effectively build professional and meaningful relationships.
  • Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.
 
Background and Skills You Will Need
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in Customer Complaint Investigation and / or Training, with previous experience in the Direct Selling industry favorable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English and Chinese, with working knowledge of legal research and writing experience preferred.
  • Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Good problem solving, questioning and investigative skills
  • Must possess a high degree of ethics and integrity, and be willing to adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be detail-oriented and results-oriented, with excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate ownership and ability to effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities.
