Namawell Australia is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience, possessing a unique blend of hardware and firmware/embedded skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working independently and will be responsible for driving the development of electronic systems for our innovative product range. Experience with STM32 microcontrollers, collaboration with overseas Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and expertise in motor-driven kitchen appliances will be highly valued. In addition, we are looking for a humble expert who can also serve as a mentor for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware and Firmware Mastery: Leverage your extensive experience in both hardware and firmware/embedded systems development to design and optimize electronic solutions for our environmentally friendly kitchen appliances.
• STM32 Microcontrollers: Apply your expertise in working with STM32 microcontrollers to create robust and efficient embedded systems.
• Independence and Ownership: Independently manage and drive electronic engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Take ownership of product development, from concept to production.
• Overseas OEM Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with overseas Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure seamless integration of electronic components into our products.
• Motor-Driven Kitchen Appliances: Utilize your experience with motor-driven kitchen appliances to enhance the performance and functionality of our products.
• Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and knowledge resource for less experienced team members, fostering their growth and development.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to electronics and embedded systems.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive testing and validation procedures to guarantee product quality and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of design, testing, and implementation processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of Experience: Proven experience in electronics engineering, with a minimum of 7 years in a relevant role.
• Hardware and Firmware Skills: Proficiency in both hardware and firmware/embedded systems development.
• Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects to successful completion.
• STM32 Microcontrollers: Strong experience with STM32 microcontrollers.
• Overseas OEM Experience: Previous experience collaborating with overseas Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) is highly desirable.
• Motor-Driven Kitchen Appliances: Experience with motor-driven kitchen appliances is a significant advantage.
• Humble Expertise: Approach challenges with humility while sharing your expertise with others.
• Mentorship: A willingness and ability to mentor and support team members in their professional development.
• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
