We are seeking a Revenue Finance Senior Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.

What you get to do:

  • Lead the Revenue Finance team to develop and own revenue forecast. 
  • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales to own and develop Annual Recurring Revenue metrics, KPIs, forecast tracking, annual plans and budgets.
  • Serves as finance business partner to the sales team.
  • Responsible for all types of Revenue (software, professional services, product revenue) forecasts, budgets.
  • Thought leader to transform revenue budgeting and forecasting tools and practices to provide revenue in a easy, timely, easy-to-consume formats to various stakeholders including dashboard-style. 
  • Provide leadership to a revenue finance team including direction, career development, and enablement. 
  • Own process improvements for Revenue forecast including system improvements and cross-functional collaborations to drive improvements.
  • Partner with Revenue accounting team to identify and drive revenue optimization opportunities and projects.
  • Participate in a contract negotiations to evaluate/optimize Revenue forecast and assist teams in crafting terms.
  • Responsible for monthly revenue results reporting including actuals to forecast, monthly financial reporting packages content for Revenue.

What you bring to Uplight:

  • 7+ years of progressive relevant work experience in the area of Revenue/forecast finance leadership.
  • 4+ years of supporting Sales team as a finance business partnership.
  • Practical knowledge of Revenue/ARR for software industries.
  • Experience in developing Revenue budgets, forecasts, and management reporting . 
  • Strategic thought leadership.
  • Bias for action.  
  • Proven experience in leading teams and change management.
  • Demonstrated record of process improvements in the Revenue areas.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively cross- functionally.

Bonus Points:

  • Utility or regulated industry experience.
  • Working at a Public company in a finance role.

Salary Range: $135,000 to $150,000 

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
