Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
The Position:
The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the technical owner of Uplight’s Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs. This role collaborates with Sales Operations to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure data integrity.
What you’ll get to do:
- Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into Salesforce solutions, and implement scalable, efficient processes and integrations.
- Integration and Automation: Establish and maintain integrations with third-party applications. Design, build, and implement automations, workflows, and validation rules to streamline processes.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce. Execute technical plans and proactively evaluate new CRM technologies.
- Data Management and Maintenance: Maintain data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, cleansing, and deduplication. Manage data imports, updates, and backups. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including bug fixes and performance optimization.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely troubleshooting and support for Salesforce and related tools. Manage day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the platform, including developing and deploying new processes and enhancements.
What you bring to Uplight:
- Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification (Associate minimum, Administrator preferred).
- Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices. Extensive experience with configuration, customization, security, and user management. Proficiency with APIs and integration tools.
- Data Management and Security: Solid understanding of data management principles (governance, quality, security). Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and translate technical concepts. Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work independently and leverage online resources to research and resolve issues.
Preferred:
- Experience with IronClad contract management software.
- Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance sales productivity and streamline processes.
