As Data Integration Solutions Lead, you will spearhead the optimization of Data Integration across our clients, partners, and different go to market solutions. This critical and high-impact role offers an opportunity to significantly enhance the client experiences and streamline our end-to-end data processes.  Success in this role is measured in terms of reduced onboarding time for new data, improved data quality with fewer errors and quicker recovery, faster integration for clients and partners, shorter diagnosis times for quality issues, and the removal of data integration as a critical path constraint in solution value streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Solutions Leadership: Act as the primary solution owner for all data integration activities, focusing on rationalizing data requirements, simplifying processes,  and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and partners.

  • Expert Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert in data integration, leading efforts to organize data requirements across solutions, coordinate new integrations, and act as the captain to resolve issues across all client engagements with precision, speed and efficiency.

  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Professional Services, to identify key challenges and delegate strategically to both solve the issue at hand and identify improvements to our people, process, and technology as a result. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, fostering open dialogue and alignment between departments and teams.

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance existing processes, tools, and automation workflows by providing actionable feedback to elevate the skills and capabilities around data integration work.

  • Team Empowerment: Strengthen the knowledge and capabilities of implementation teams, data teams, both onshore and offshore, enabling them to independently and swiftly tackle data integration challenges.

  • Change Management Input: Lead, coordinate and recommend all changes to product, infrastructure, automation, processes, and tools that will deliver significant improvement to client experience all things related to data solutions.

  • Translate Technical to Strategic: Adept at translating complex technical or operational details into strategic insights for senior audiences.
  • Influence with Confidence: Ability to deliver presentations that influence decision-making and drive action, backed by strong data, analysis, and storytelling.

What you bring to Uplight: (Experience)

  • Demonstrated experience in data management, data integration, or enterprise solution architecture roles.
  • Experience with relational data models, time-series data, and various types of enterprise data/application interfaces.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus to drive toward successful business outcomes. Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders to define and implement complex solutions and/or address complex technical/process challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is advantageous.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000 + Bonus

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
