How you will make an impact: (Impact you will have at Uplight aka description)
  • Lead the end-to-end GTM function of Uplights’s Professional Services team including all aspects of Pipeline Management, Opportunity Management and Solution Architecting.
  • Generate ProServ pipeline by proactively collaborating with Sales and Account Management, pilot ideas, design and execute tailored campaigns across full breadth of ProServ Service Catalog items including Advisory Services, Data Services, Application Services, Program Management Services, etc.
  • Provide proactive support for RFP responses with compelling solutions to help win deals for Uplight
  • Lead the team of Solution Architects to craft compelling solutions
  • Provide overall leadership to Uplight’s Partnership Agreements with key Clients by strategically engaging in delivering roadmap of initiatives, building solutions for Work Orders (WOs), provide oversight for value delivery and drive full utilization of minimum spend agreements.
  • Identify targets for additional Partnership Agreement deals with annual minimum spend of $750k- $1M and drive all activities required for realizing the outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvements across the responsibility areas
  • Provide team leadership and mentoring for the team members to deliver high people engagement

 

What you bring to Uplight: (Experience)
  • Strategic thinker with deep expertise in climate space
  • Prior experience in designing and executing Advisory Services
  • Prior experience in leading and delivering strategic outcomes for Clients through Uplight’s ProServ services
  • Prior experience in designing and delivering on Partnership Agreement type of outcomes Deep knowledge of Uplight’s solutions and strategic imperatives

Salary Range: $175,000 to $200,000 + Bonus

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
