  • Account Planning: Building a comprehensive account plan, identifying key relationships, the opportunities inline with the company direction.
    Identity potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
  • Business Development: Responsible for building and managing a portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned account or the portfolio of accounts by being the owner of the entire opportunity management cycle, which involves identifying business opportunities, selling, service delivery, and negotiations.
  • Client Delivery: Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that the team understands the customer requirements and is aligned.
  • Negotiation and Onboarding: Coordinate with the consultants to ensure fitment with the client's needs; negotiate the rates or salaries; and ensure onboarding, as per customer requirements.Responsible for handling a complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from the client.
  • Analyzing, screening, and submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements.
Ideal Candidate :
  • Candidate has 3 years plus experience in IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation /Tech Outsourcing/Resource Deployment industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and Verbal).
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Comfortable working in Night shifts (7 PM to 4.30 AM).
  • Residing in Ahmedabad (in or around Ahmedabad).
