Associate Director - Sales (India)
Description
You will be working on,
- Designing & implementing sales strategy & plan for net new business acquisition by prospecting, converting & onboarding new customers.
- Accountable for net new business revenue targets and ensuring the entire team meets their targets as an individual & team both.
- Build, lead and manage a team of A+ remote Sales Consultants & SDRs.
- Motivate individuals and teams to exceed goals through coaching, training & mentoring.
- Proactively identify, recruit and hire top talent to build a team of top performers.
- Help create a fun, high-energy work environment.
- Overseas and monitor the effective use of our CRM tools & processes.
- Effective report on the team & individual performance, metrics and KPI.
- Understand & leverage data, a strong bias towards execution at speed and strong collaboration skills to work with different teams and achieve desired results.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies
- 8-12 years of of hands-on experience in catering to Indian startups & enterprises.
- Proven tracik record working with IT recruitment, staffing or HRTech industry focusing on Indian market.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
- Experience closing mid-market & enterprise deals.
- Experience being adaptable while working with high-growth, fast-paced or start-up environment.
- High degree of ownership, perseverance, and a go-getter attitude
- Willing and open for international travel as and when required.
- Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stack holders.
