  • This position is meant to use the knowledge of Learning principles and E-learning Experience to play a key role within the Learning and Development Department.
  • Assists the Learning and Development Head with the development and implementation of training for BAU and UTS.
  • Partnering with field subject matter experts for major training initiatives to gather information, create content, pilot new programs, and solicit feedback to validate final content delivery.
  • Under the supervision of the Learning and Development head, conducts need assessments, designs, develops, and measures the results of learning and development solutions.
  • Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and the community.
  • Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers' specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
  • Creation and publishing of standard Learning path-based training calendar. Mapping and monitoring of training undergone by employees as per learning paths
  • Precisely identify the gaps in perspective, knowledge, skills & attitudes, and develop appropriate training modules, methods, and processes needed to improve the same.
  • Coordinate closely with the teams to ensure data collection, needs assessment, consultation, feedback, outcome analysis, generating reports, etc.
  • Extensive Experience with Learning Management systems (LMS).
  • Intermediate level of desktop application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working closely with all relevant stakeholders through the learning course development process.
  • Reporting: Responsible for managing the dashboards for various programs and tracking the progress of the programs.
  • Project Management: Utilize program and project management skills to plan, track and execute learning programs meeting all scope time and budget commitments by managing a team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout the project life cycle. Quality checks all the deliverables for accuracy and error-free materials
  • Assess the accuracy, comprehension, and effectiveness of learning solutions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and initiatives, and provide inputs for process improvements.
  • Display well-developed project and consulting skills which underpin the timely development and implementation of strategies, projects, and programs and assist in cross-functional collaboration
  • Evaluation and Metrics: Establish and execute a rigorous evaluation methodology to capture high-impact learning activities and ensure effective reporting to key stakeholders of the relevant results.


  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for creating instructional content for technical and business users.
  • Project Management and Program Management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Exhibit initiative, leadership, and a sense of ownership to get things done.
  • Experience with eLearning tools (e.g. Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Premiere, Articulate) is desirable

  • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
  • Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Sound knowledge of Instructional Design standards, principles and theories, game-based learning, simulation, etc.
  • The role requires great Planning skills, the ability to find solutions to problems, juggle multiple requests, and identify ways to drive efficiently.
  • Anticipating and planning for changes, and the ability to stay organized while helping L&D management and Trainers are critical skills.
  • Experience in designing learning journeys and curricula.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Structured Thinking and Presentation – comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to provide structure and frame thinking logically and effectively
