Roles and responsibility
- This position is meant to use the knowledge of Learning principles and E-learning Experience to play a key role within L&D.
- Assists the Learning and Development Head with the development and implementation of training.
- Partnering with field subject matter experts for major training initiatives to gather information, create content, pilot new programs, and solicit feedback to validate final content delivery.
- Under the supervision of the Learning and Development head, conducts need assessments, designs, develops, and measures the results of learning and development solutions.
- Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and the community.
- Coordinate closely with the teams to ensure data collection, needs assessment, consultation, feedback, outcome analysis, generating reports, etc.
- Extensive Experience with Learning Management systems (LMS).
- Reporting: Responsible for managing the dashboards for various programs and tracking the progress of the programs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout the project life cycle. Quality checks all the deliverable for accuracy and error-free materials
Skills
- Project Management and Program Management skills.
- Experience with eLearning tools (e.g. Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Premiere, Articulate) is desirable
- Like to work hard, have fun, laugh with colleagues, and embrace accountability.
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule.
- Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel & PowerPoint)
- The role requires great Planning skills, the ability to find solutions to problems, juggle multiple requests, and identify ways to drive efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for creating instructional content for technical and business users.
- Experience between 3-8 yrs
- Must have experience in End to End functions of Learning & Development department.
