Role and Responsibilities


  • Design, develop content and Create guidelines as per the requirements. Holistically and creatively craft the course curriculum to incorporate the overall learning experience.
  • Accountable for creation of training materials, covering topics from company product and Services standpoint as well as broad coverage around topics ranging onboarding, compliance, communication, soft skills and other skills.
  • Creates Computer based trainings (CBT) modules and storyboards. Develop instructor manuals, rubrics and other teaching tools.
  • Collaborate with subject experts to extract requirements and develop the technical courses.
  • Use appropriate writing styles to make content easy to understand for the target audience.
  • Creating non-plagiarized technical content in a simple and precise manner
  • Make sure the content created is grammatically and factually correct
  • Adhering to the in-house style, standard and format set for writing content and delivering the required content within a stipulated deadline
  • Sharing new ideas or useful information with team members for the overall improvement of the content quality and workflow processes.
  • Responsible for planning and production of training materials through coordination with stakeholders across the company.
  • Research and implement pedagogical changes to ensure activity-based engaging learning experiences as well as the best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning.
  • Accountable to identify and update new materials, or revision to existing training materials, and understand timeframes and prioritization of documentation work to best meet program release dates.
  • Create summative and formative assessments to measure learning outcomes.
  • Reviewing and revising existing content based on quality and technical correctness.
  • Be responsive to external stakeholders regarding reported documentation issues.
  • Responsible for working with the designers and generate the error training material.
  • Contribute to internal enablement related to department activities and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in educational design/ in technology or equivalent min. 3-year degree course.  
  • Preference to experienced candidates having worked on projects around program, or product management with focus on education programs, course content, and instructional design, or curriculum creation.
  • Preference to experience in designing, developing, and delivering instructional materials for technical content, including e-learning application use and administration.
