Assistant Manager - Finance
Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ledger Scrutiny and related Insights, highlighting and raising observations to concerned person.
- Working on certain task of identifying and bridging the gaps of Finance functions & processes.
- Generating Business Insights reading MIS Reports and other observations of the business.
- Investments Analysis, Related reports, insights, co-ordination with Investment Advisors.
- Cash Flow Analysis
- Locking & Verifying business numbers on weekly, monthly etc. Basis i.e., Sales, Realization etc.
- Co-ordination with the team members of team Finance and other Departments in collecting data and preparing the Reports for Analysis.
- Working on specific tasks allotted i.e., Cost Optimisation, Budgeting, etc.
- Discussions with other Stakeholders in the company in understanding the need of specific tool cost and other cost to optimise the costing, related analysis, insights, and follow ups.
- Support, work closely and provide input towards other Finance, Accounting & Compliance functions.
Skills Required
- Self-disciplined, organized, trustworthy & problem-solving skills.
- Good Communication Skills - Ability to communicate clearly with the Clients, Vendors, Bankers, Other team members in the company etc.
- Good typing skills
- Preferable if having the working experience of an IT Company in the area Finance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheet, Tally & other Internet Applications being used.
- Ability to produce reports and recommendations
- Keen eye for accuracy and detail-oriented
- Somebody who loves to work with numbers with problem solving skills in Finance.
- Must be located in Ahmedabad.
