 Opportunity Summary:

Upland is looking for talented, motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation and Sales Specialist for B2B calls.   All leads and customer information is supplied.  Work with a great team in a positive and energetic environment.  

The goal of the candidate will be to:

  • Qualify new sales opportunities out of incoming web leads and lists of prospects that will be provided by Company.
  • Work closely with your assigned Sales Executive to identify strong potential prospects and create interest.
  • Provide engaging and articulate information about Upland’s value proposition to potential customers.  

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with making a high volume of cold calls each day.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional with a high energy level.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possess a pleasant and confident phone voice.
  • Enjoy Telesales/ Inside sales
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.
