How we LEAD: 

CCMG is currently looking for a Creative Services Manager with a desire and passion for music to join the team.

How you’ll CREATE:

  • Deliver best-in-class design work supporting Marketing and Digital Marketing initiatives
  • Proven ability to design in both web, vector and print formats using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and more.
  • Ability to conceptualize artist’s vision into compelling design and cohesive branding
  • Work with digital and marketing teams to design, test and optimize online advertising assets including banners, eCRM templates, Facebook ads, video pre-rolls, and any other image or video content created for purposes of engaging fans online.
  • Collaborate with Creative Director and other team members to create industry level artwork and ability to expand across marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and production of music packaging, image creation, digital & social assets, marketing presentations and typography 
  • Discover and share inspirational design work across the digital and marketing teams – be hungry for fresh ideas and captivating visual communication in marketing and music
  • Assist in creating and producing advertising, marketing and all collateral materials including internal presentation graphics
  • Oversee and produce photo shoots; work with artist and management teams to execute compelling artist photos
  • Manage and archive all design assets
  • Understanding of web design and the digital space is a plus 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Bring your VIBE:

  • 3+ years’ experience managing creative and/or eCommerce campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Expert in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Affects)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize and project manage multiple creative projects and campaigns
  • Understanding of brand differentiation across artists and music genres
  • Collaborative and supportive, works well autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to liaise with multiple internal stakeholders and third parties, initiate and fulfill projects in a proactive manner
  • Genuine interest in music and music industry
  • Creative flair, with confidence to share ideas and awareness and interest in a variety of fashion and "Music" fashion trends
  • Flexible, courteous, friendly and positive approach
