Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain accurate data across merchandising and allocation systems.
- Support sales trend analysis and contribute insights to help achieve fiscal targets.
- Assist in developing multi-level action plans in collaboration with the Merchandise Planning team.
- Manage system registrations related to merchandising, including promotions, markdown plans and item setup.
- Support purchase order processing and materials ordering to meet deadlines.
- Create, update, and maintain Excel-based reports and tools.
- Execute and monitor order processing and maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support merchandising initiatives.
- Manage workload effectively to ensure accuracy and meet multiple deadlines.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in retail merchandising, or data entry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros).
- Ability to independently create, optimize, and modify Excel tools and reports based on business needs.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Logical problem-solving abilities and comfort working autonomously.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
