Position Overview:  
The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing effective digital strategies that strengthen and promote the UNIQLO brand in Canada across paid media channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and our external digital agency, you will develop digital marketing plans for UNIQLO Canada and manage our brand presence to support key marketing objectives.
We are looking for someone who stays current with the latest digital technologies and paid media solutions relevant to the retail industry. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will help convey our brand mission and values to our target audience in an impactful, cohesive way.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new user acquisition by executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Product Marketing team, and digital agency to plan and deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Identify innovative, efficient ways to leverage digital channels to support business growth.
  • Monitor daily digital performance and KPIs to ensure targets are met while maintaining a positive ROI.
  • Communicate business needs, insights, and strategy to the digital agency and implement ad-hoc campaign adjustments. 
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on media strategy, including audience targeting. 
  • Assist in creating and reviewing ad copy and other media assets.
  • Create and optimize catalog feeds (Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce), working in collaboration with global headquarters. 
  • Analyze landing pages and SEO/SEM performance, implementing updates in partnership with the eCommerce team.
  • Manage paid affiliate marketing partnerships and troubleshoot issues with vendors in collaboration with global headquarters. 
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of creative assets and advertising copy to the digital agency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role. 
  • Expertise in paid social and media campaign management and tracking.
  • Previous experience in retail is an asset. 
  • Bilingual in English and French is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads. 
  • Familiarity with data feed management.
  • Strong copywriting skills. 
  • Ability to contribute to creative content development (text, images, videos) for digital optimization. 
  • Strong data mining and analytical skills. 
  • Familiarity with Campaign Manager 360 and GA4.
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Understanding of Conversation Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong ability to interpret analytics, projections, and performance metrics.

Annual Salary: $112,000k - $140,000k CAD.  
  
The salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and the position's location.
