Overall Position Overview 
Reporting to the UNIQLO IT leadership, the Process Automation Manager will be supporting the North America business in terms of the opportunities to be more
efficient for all divisions through automation process utilization and process
optimization working with E-commerce, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, Operations
and Stores. Through end to end this role will be entirely responsible for process
improvement and maintaining automated process. Specifically, they will be leading the discussion in discovery steps and giving advice on how to improve inefficient processes and automate by utilizing up-to-date technology. This role will be required to collaboratively work with our RPA team at Global Headquarters in Japan and other regions to fully utilize our assets and knowledge while also coming up with new ideas and insights.
Job Description 
  • Technical capability and regularly utilize skills including UiPath, Microsoft Power automate, Python and some other programming languages (Javascript, etc.)
  • Fundamental ability and methodology for programming and requirement discovery
  • Basic system design and detailed technical design
  • Project Coordination, Task clarification, project approach coordination, scheduling
  • Leading discovery sessions with business members to identify pain points
  • Maintaining required documentation including documents related to discovery process, process automation, technical design
  • Vendor quote and invoice management
  • Periodical maintenance of new store opening files
  • Systems (Auto process) maintenance
  • Maintenance for programs and robots deployed on Cloud space or on-premise environment
  • Troubleshooting for issues happening while working together with Japan RPA Team
  • Train and develop team members
  • Additional duties as assigned 
Desired Skills and Experiences 
  • At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
  • Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  • Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net. (1)
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills as well as report creation and analysis skills
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and assessing priorities
  • Ability to work with little supervision and report accordingly
  • Ability to provide high level service and follow through
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Experience implementing and maintaining retail IT systems with experience in the Retail industry preferred including overall knowledge of the Apparel industry
