This role will be based in our regional head-office in Brisbane. We offer flexible working arrangements and are experienced at working with remote colleagues around the region and the globe.

What would you do?

Working with our Project Managers you would be responsible for all aspects of project coordination; scheduling and attending client project calls, preparing project documentation, minuting meetings & distributing action points. Providing contract management and reporting services such as project budget management along with the creation, validation, and closing of projects and jobs in our technology solutions.

You would be responsible for departmental reporting, and accuracy of data recorded in our systems. This would include managing revenue recognition, preparation of monthly forecasts, regular data integrity checks, validation and posting of timesheets for billing purposes. You would also oversee departmental file management and documentation, including defining and documenting processes.

Your customer service skills would be needed to act as the first point of contact for clients with invoicing or utilisation queries. You would have overall responsibility for scheduling of ad-hoc non-project work and liaising with our sales teams to hold & confirm tentative bookings for professional services resources. You would generate and track non-project estimates and orders for the services teams as well be responsible for approving services staff expenses before these are on-charged to clients.

You need to able to quickly learn new processes and technologies and be extremely comfortable with software applications. You need to be a confident communicator with first class spoken and written English with a track record of initiative, dependability and organisation.
