About the Role:
Manages the Treasury Management Sales Analyst team responsible for sales activities in partnership with Treasury Management Consultants. Develops and implements programs and processes to maintain client relationships and improve speed to revenue. This is a leadership role within Treasury Management Sales reporting to the Treasury Management Sales Director. Position will partner with leaders in Global Payments and Deposits as wells as within other business lines.
- Manages the Treasury Management Sales Analyst team in growing core fee income through identifying product opportunities, delivering pro-formas and proposals and providing a seamless client experience through sales to on boarding. ; coach direct reports and others in their sales efforts, manage results and accountability.
- Manages, guides, recruits and develops a team of Treasury Management Sales Analysts to deliver highest level of client service and sales within established sales process and guidelines. Coach, mentor, and empower all associates to learn the skills required for their level of role, including technical expertise in the specialized payments products of GP&D clients.
- Partners with Treasury Management Sales Managers and Consultants and business partners across Middle Market and Community and Business Banking and other designated business lines . on customer/prospect sales calls.
- Acts as primary liaison between customers and operations in assisting with complex operational questions and resolves issues related to Treasury Management products while identifying additional solutions to propose in meeting client needs and growing core fee income.
- Responsible for managing the Sale Analyst team who will be responsible for assisting with expanding business relationships by cross selling additional treasury management/other bank services and products. Meet regularly with existing customer base to ensure proper servicing of accounts.
- Assist the Treasury Management Sales Director and Product Management in the development of marketing strategies and product enhancements by providing timely feedback and recommendations as well as managing the proforma process to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Facilitate the implementation and/or modification of new and existing services to maintain and fine tune the client’s treasury management system. Monitor industry trends and competitive practices, including the impact of technology and regulatory and legislative changes on products and services.
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business or related field. Required
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business or related field. Preferred.
- More than 10 years experience in Treasury Management Sales and/or support. Required
- 4-7 yearsSupervisory/management experience. Required
- Experience managing and developing others and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong background is sales and cross selling skills including building proforma’s, proposing pricing, and all post sales relations activities for onboarding.
- Ability to coach and mentor associates in learning the skills required for their position.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of bank payment systems, treasury management products, competitive practices and the impact of technology, regulatory, and legislative changes on services offered by commercial banks and other financial providers.
- Ability to apply knowledge of sales principles and practices to effectively market treasury management products and services to customers.
- Knowledge of implications of federal, state, and local regulations affecting treasury management activities.
- Demonstrated strong ability to consistently develop and execute sales planning and experience with reporting to executive level leadership
- Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve established sales and customer satisfaction goals, demonstrate effective new business development strategies, and build/source new relationships.
- Extremely strong relationship management abilities, analytical and problem solving skills, and project management skills.
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to develop and present effective sales proposals.
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and industry specific software applications.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- Occasional travel.

Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $108,000.00 - $150,000.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
