About the Role:
Design and produce high-quality and production ready visual designs for various marketing, advertising, and packaging projects, including both traditional print and online design. Work closely with Creative Director, Copywriters, other designers, project managers and internal teams and external vendors to determine and deliver the most appropriate solutions, making recommendations and proposals to meet project specifications. Manage multiple projects and daily tasks from initial concept through final production with attention to details and deadlines. Responsible for day-to-day production design.
- Consult with cross-functional stakeholders to discuss business objectives, requirements, and project specifications, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Manage multiple projects from small production-oriented tasks to large scale campaigns
- Generate creative ideas and concepts, and present them to creative director or account managers, incorporating feedback to refine and improve the designs.
- Utilize a wide range of media, including animation, photography, illustration or infographics to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Collaborate with team members, including partners, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists, to deliver cohesive and integrated brand solutions.
- Manage projects effectively by meeting timelines and deadlines, coordinating with project managers, and other members of the creative team ensuring successful project completion.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in new media and design programs, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to remain competitive and innovative.
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives.
- Maintains visual and tonal consistency across all social platforms while adapting to each platform’s unique audience and behavior.
- Responsible for platform-optimized content for social media, while collaborating closely with social and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency.
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or other related field or equivalent work experience, required.
- 5-10+ years of Graphic Design experience, required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced experience with typography and layout design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and knowledge of Figma preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and mediums.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with positive attitude and design flexibility.
- Experience with motion graphics or UI/UX is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of built in Adobe AI tools and software applications preferred.
- Advanced branding and identity development experience.
- Proven experience with Photo Art Direction and photo editing.
- Strong experience in preparing press-ready files and overseeing end-to-end print production workflows.

Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
