About Us: Financial Pacific Leasing is a subsidiary of Umpqua Bank. We have provided equipment financing solutions to third party originators and their customers since 1975.
About the Position: The Title Coordinator provides quality administrative support to internal and external customers through various means of communication.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review and distribute incoming mail
- Process and mail disposed titles
- Review vehicle titles to ensure asset is properly secured and matches information in InfoLease
- Run weekly reports
- Effectively scan, index, and file legal documentation
- Process title copy requests.
- Process title releases and noting the account accordingly
- Assist with Auction repo title requests
- Process Toll Violations, impound notices, keep excel spreadsheet up to date
- Ensure we have corrected, secured titles & POA’s
- Provide highest level of Customer Service to all customers, vendors, brokers, and staff
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all Financial Pacific managers and staff
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
Candidate Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Familiarity and understanding of vehicle titles
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of staff and management
- Strong work ethic and technical skills, including Windows Office Suite and spreadsheets
- Demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal and organization skills with ability to effectively prioritize workload in order to complete task efficiently

Benefit eligibility begins the first day of the month following the date of hire for associates who are regularly scheduled to work at least thirty hours weekly.
The pay range for this role is $38,792.00 - $47,580.00, and the pay rate for the successful candidate depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and education. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
