About the Role:

 

Reviews and processes all requests for maintenance to Treasury Management Services. Works with customers to obtain required documentation including the Treasury Management Service Agreement. Assists submitters with back-office research and obtaining correct information and forms to complete requests in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinates with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Sales, and Implementation to assist with completing customer requests.

 

  • Process all incoming modifications and cancelations of basic TM products and services.
  • Responsible for reviewing all requests submitted for accuracy and includes all pertinent information needed to complete the request in accordance with Treasury Manager policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring all Treasury Management agreements and supporting documentation are complete before products and services are sent for implementation. 
  • Responsible for obtaining TM Service Agreements form customers, including email and phone follow up for resolution. 
  • Responsible for thorough research on incoming requests prior to submittal to Implementation. 
  • Coordinates with other departments in the bank to ensure products and services are implemented within agreed upon service level agreement.
  • Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
  • Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
  • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:

 

  • H.S. Diploma/GED. Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-7 years banking experience working in Stores or other customer contact position. Required
  • Possess strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of treasury management and banking products and services.
  • Knowledge of general business practices as pertain to accounting and financial, including the balancing of general ledgers.
  • Ability to process multiple simultaneous requests requiring strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and industry specific software.

The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $28.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
