About the Role:
Primarily oversees and manages foreclosure matters for the Home Lending Division. May include Default Litigation matters, collections and related activities based on investor policies and procedures.
- Oversee and manage foreclosure cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring all steps are completed accurately, timely and in accordance with regulatory and investor guidelines.
- Conduct collection activities and manage delinquent accounts, communicating with customers and investors by telephone and/or written communication.
- Maintain accurate record of past due accounts and collection efforts and continues with follow up actions.
- Responsible for reviewing and tracking bankruptcy filings, payments, and other litigation items.
- Manage data and reporting activity of delinquent loans to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for completing all investor and insurance loss claim forms through various channels including various investors. Oversee and manage foreclosure cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring all steps are completed accurately, timely and in accordance with regulatory and investor guidelines.
About You:
- H.S. Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or equivalent preferred.
- 4-7 years of relevant foreclosure and/or mortgage loss mitigation experience.
- Strong preference for ICE (formerly Black Knight) system knowledge. Open to Fiserv system knowledge or other proprietary systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with personal computer and related software packages, including MS Office Word, and Excel, and other business machines.
- Previous legal background is ideal.
- Experience and other skills may vary depending on the complexity of work and analysis required.
- Proven ability to collect and analyze borrower income, assets, and current debt obligations to determine eligible financial hardship has been met.
- Advances knowledge of two of the following third-party investors, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, GNMA, OHA and USDA.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer relationships.

The pay range for this role is $27.00 to $40.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
